With over 60 years dust extraction experience, JKF have developed the world’s safest filters, and the best possible energy efficiency features, for long term low cost operation. The range of filtration products includes SuperBlower, Standard Blower, SuperJet and MMBF Filters. The SuperBlowers are capable of volumes 7000-280,000m³/h in a range of dust extraction industries with the ultra safe MMBF modular filters being very popular with school dust extraction & in the woodwork industry. Jet Filters are ideal where dust extraction is required but space is not available for a traditional filter: with a foot print of 2420x2420mm but capable of up to 67,000m³/h, these are also fitted with PowerPulse cleaning and fully automated sensor controls for 24/7 operation with minimum power and compressed air usage compared to any other filter available.
Fitted with VFV venting, (Vertical Force Venting) these filters incorporate are the world’s safest dust extraction explosion release system – releasing vertically through the roof, with no fire ball ( the flames and dust are contained within the filter unit). VFV is UNIQUE to JKF filters for dust extraction and is independently tested and certified by German FSA test house.
