FOOD GRADE FLEX

Constantly looking for improvements in performance, we are currently doing a running change on our German manufactured Food Grade flex. Some slower selling sizes may be offered as our previous product, with a white encapsulated helix. The original product is still suitable for use in the Food Industry.

Certified according to EU Directive (EC) No. 1935/2004 and Regulation (EC) No. 10/2011 for A,B,C,D2,E

Certified according to FDA standard 21 CFR 177.260 and 178.2010, manufacturing process according to  GMP EC2023/2006.

• Temperature Range: -40^o – 125^oC (short term)
• Material : Polyether Polyurethane, spring steel wire copper plated (originally encapsulated:white)
• Description: Light weight and very good flexibility

Very good abrasion resistance, corrugated outside, very smooth bore
• Wall Thickness: <76mm 0.5mm, 76-203mm 0.6mm
• Colour: Clear with copper coated wire helix (originally white coated)

When asking for a quote, 1 unit = 1 metre (flex is measured stretched)
