POLY HEAVY ANTISTATIC/ SMARTFLEX^R  1.0

• Temperature Range: -40^o – 100^oC (SMARTFLEX^R 125^O C short term)
• Material: Polyester Polyurethane (SMARTFLEX^R Polyether-Polyurethane
• Wall Thickness: <100mm 0.9mm/100-203mm 1.1mm/250mm and over 1.3mm (SMARTFLEX^R 1.0mm all dia.s)
• Colour: Opaque with cream wire helix (SMARTFLEX clear/copper plated steel wire)
• Uses:
o Ideal for suction and transport of abrasive materials
o Transport of granules, wood chip, grain
o Ideal for industrial sweepers, lawn mowers/leaf suction
o Smooth bore, excellent abrasion resistance inside - corrugated outside
o Antistatic R<10⁸ Ohm – normally no need to ground wire (SMARTFLEX^R 10⁹ )

SMARTFLEX^R is flame retardant ( DIN 4102/B1)

SMARTFLEX^R meets ATEX 2014/34/EU - pneumatic transport of combustible dusts ( inside ZONE 20/21/22)

SMARTFLEX^R meets TRBS 2153/TRGS 727and  discharge capability according to BGI 739-2 with spiral earthing

With our ANTISTATIC Flex, the STATIC charge flows throught the WALL MATERIAL itself, unlike cheaper AS products where the AS property is merely a coating that wear off with time.
True Anti static flex should always be used where potentially explosive materials eg. sawdust, flour, sugar are being conveyed
