Recycling is a growth industry and varies from tyre re-treading to glass, paper, plastics, and wood recycling. We have supplied multiple sites to one tyre re-treading company with extraction systems to replace their old inefficient systems, enabling the company to state they have the most energy efficient, safest and environmentally sound solutions in their factories in NZ. Our Rotary Valves have been used in the glass industry, replacing previous ‘bespoke' units that cost over 4 times as much - yet ours last longer and reduce ‘down time’ by almost 100%. New Zealand’s first plant to solve the problem of ‘used’ plastic bags is installing our JKF filters to capture all dust and return only clean air to the atmosphere - in fact its cleaner than when it entered the factory window.
